Body Modification is a New Tatoo?
Today every famous or rich person is getting a plastic surgery. They change their cheeks, get breast implants or even butt implants. The race to stay forever young and beautiful has put so much pressure on people, especially girls who want to look beautiful. But now, technology is getting even more advanced. And people's fantasy is getting more and more wild. Like it “The Hunger Games”, people have started changing parts of their bodies just for fun.
Chrissy Teigen and Kim Kardashian are two people who have fallen for this trend. Recently on social media both celebrities showed videos with strange, new implants. On her chest and shoulders, Chriss has new bird feather implants. On her neck, Kim Kardashian has a necklace with lights that shine at the same speed as her heart. The implants are not real, but maybe someday they will be.
Is it right to change the way you look? People argue that you should love yourself the way you are, and that body modification is evil. But wearing makeup and putting on is also hiding yourself or making yourself look beautiful. Changing yourself through implants is not the best, but it can have big changes on your life. Many people have gotten new, better jobs because of changing their looks. On the other hand, Michael Jackson's nose fell off because of plastic surgery, and many people have died because of Botox implants.
So who knows? Maybe people will start implanting watches into their arms, lights on their heads and rockets in their legs. Maybe soon, you can have wings implanted into your shoulders or a tail. That sounds crazy, but it's not impossible!
