- Good morning! Continental Suites, how may I be of service?
- It is certainly not a good morning, and I doubt that anyone at this frightful dump you dare call a five-star hotel can be of any service to me. I'd like to make an official complaint.
- I'm very sad to hear that, ma'am.
- You don't know half of it!
- What seems to be the problem, ma'am? Let me assure you that here at the Continental Suites we are committed to resolving any disputes to our customers' complete satisfaction.
- I'm pregnant.
- ….excuse me?
- Have you gone deaf? I've a bun in the oven. Three of them, actually.
- Ma'am, while I do appreciate the complexity of your predicament, I'm failing to comprehend where and how the Continental Suites comes into play here.
- Four months ago, my fiancé and I stayed at your hotel. We requested twin beds when we booked, but instead we were placed in a room with a king sized bed.
- I'm sorry, ma'am, I still don't follow.
- Due to this lack of oversight on the hotel's part, I am now in the family way. This wouldn't have happened if you had put us in the room that we booked! I demand reimbursement!
- For… what?
- For my wedding dress, of course! I no longer fit in it, and we're tying the knot in a week!
